Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed manufacturer of computing, power and communications products, and value added distributor of electronic & optoelectronic components, announces that it has received notice from John Lavery, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, of his intention to resign as a director with effect from 31 August 2019.
Commenting, Tony Frere, Chairman of Solid State said:
"John has given over 30 years' valuable service to Steatite and the wider Solid State Group as both an executive and non-executive director and has been a major contributor to getting the Group to where it is today. I am sure he will continue to make a full contribution in the run up to his retirement."
