Transfer of Shares to the Staff All Employee Share Ownership Plan
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed supplier of specialist industrial/ruggedised computers, electronic components, secure communications systems and battery power solutions to the electronics market, announces that it has transferred 6,250 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each at a price of 595p per share from Treasury to the Staff All Employee Share Ownership Plan to satisfy awards under the Plan.
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following this transfer its issued share capital will remain the same and consist of 8,422,015 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each of which 42,021 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 8,379,994. Shareholders may use these figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
