Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Somero Enterprises, Inc ®, the North American manufacturer of patented laser guided equipment used for the spreading and levelling of high volumes of concrete for floors in the construction industry, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2008 ('Annual Report') have been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report is also available to view on the Company's website: www.somero.com. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00am on 18 June 2009 at the offices of Collins Stewart Limited, 9th Floor, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR.
