Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Somero Enterprises, Inc ®, the North American manufacturer of patented laser guided equipment used for the spreading and levelling of high volumes of concrete for floors in the construction industry, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2012 ('Annual Report') was posted to shareholders on 11 March 2013, along with the Notice of Somero's Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 am on 30 April 2013 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity Limited, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR.
