Somero Enterprises, Inc., the North American manufacturer of patented, laser-guided equipment that automates the process of spreading and leveling volumes of concrete for commercial flooring and other horizontal surfaces, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2015 ('Annual Report') will be posted to shareholders on 15 April 2016, along with the Notice of Somero's Annual General Meeting.

The Annual Report is also available to view on the Company's website www.somero.com.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on June 7, 2016 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity Limited, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR.
