Director Shareholding

Somero announces that on 09 November 2015 it was notified that on 05 November 2015 Lawrence Horsch, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 131.0 pence per share.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr. Horsch's beneficial interest in Somero is now 147,000 ordinary shares, or 0.3% of Somero's total issued share capital.

The Company's total ordinary share capital is 56,425,598 ordinary shares and the Company holds 318,866 of its shares in Treasury with 56,106,732 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares, which was unchanged by the above transaction.
