At this morning's Annual General Meeting of Sanderson Group plc the Chairman,
Christopher Winn, will make the following statement:
'As I mentioned in the Annual Report to shareholders, we are continuing to
invest in our sales and marketing capabilities in order to maintain the growth
in the level of new client business, whilst at the same time expanding our
product offerings to assist in increasing revenues from existing clients.
'Our strategy of delivering organic growth coupled with making complementary
acquisitions remains in place, and in this respect we hope to make an
announcement in the not too distant future.'
