Grant of EMI Share Options
Sondrel (Holdings) plc (AIM: SND), the fabless semiconductor business providing turnkey services in the design and delivery of 'application specific integrated circuits' (ASICs) and 'system on chips' (SoCs) for leading global technology brands, announces that it has granted options over 387,597 new ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's EMI Share Option Plan to Gareth Jones, Vice President ASIC and a PDMR of the Group (the "Options").
The terms of the Sondrel EMI Share Option Plan were announced by the Company on 1 June 2023 and approved by the Company's shareholders on 27 June 2023.
The Options will vest in tranches over a four-year period subject to customary malus and clawback provisions, with 50% of the Options granted vesting on the second anniversary of grant, a further 25% vesting on the third anniversary of grant and a final 25% vesting on the fourth anniversary of grant.
Vested Options will be capable of exercise in whole or in part at an exercise price of 56.5 pence per new ordinary share at any time prior to the tenth anniversary of grant.
