Result of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of Sanderson Group plc, the software and IT services business specialising in digital retail technology and enterprise software for businesses operating in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and logistics sectors, held in Coventry at 11.00 am today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

As a result, the final dividend for the year ended 30 September 2017 of 1.55 pence per share will be paid on 16 March 2018, to shareholders whose names appear on the register at close of business on 2 March 2018.
