Bondholders' meeting in the 3.25% Songa Offshor...

Reference is made to the press release of 12 June 2009 regarding  the
proposed exchange  offer  to  the  bondholders  in  the  3.25%  Songa
Offshore ASA Senior  Unsecured Convertible Bond  Issue 2007/2010  and
Norsk Tillitsmann's summons to the bondholders for such  bondholders'
meeting to be held on 24 June 2009.

The bondholders' meeting has today, 24 June 2009, resolved to approve
the exchange offer in accordance with the proposal as set out in  the
summons sent to the bondholders on 12 June 2009.
