October Fleet update

Songa Venus has achieved operating efficiency of 93% during the month. The rig was shut down for a limited period during month carrying out planned maintenance between wells and is currently operating for ADA Consortium and Stuart/PTTEP Australia offshore North West Australia. Songa Mercur has achieved operating efficiency of 88% during the month. The rig is currently working on second well for Woodside Energy in Australia, it is anticipated that the rig will commence the announced 2 + 1 well program with Oilex around mid November. Songa Saturn has achieved operating efficiency of 97% during the month. The rig continues to operate under the Nippon led consortium contract in Libya working for Petrobras. As earlier announced the rig will go directly to Malta for upgrade works after this third well, the latter which is anticipated to be completed mid November 2009. After the upgrade works the rig will sail to Equatorial Guinea for onwards contract with CNOOC there. Songa Dee has achieved operating efficiency of 95%, the rig continues to operate for Marathon / Lundin in Norway. Songa Delta has achieved operating efficiency of 100%, the rig is currently working for Petro Canada on farm out agreement from Wintershall / Det norske oljeselskap in Norway.
