Songa Offshore SE : Cancellation of the Songa Trym drilling contract
Songa Offshore SE (the "Company") has received a notice of cancellation of the drilling contract with Statoil for Songa Trym when the current well, Tarvos, is completed around 12 November 2015.
The Company will receive a contractual cancellation fee based on the current full day rate of USD 377,000 and the contractual end date early March 2016.
The rig will after the Tarvos well be stacked while marketed for new employment.
