Songa Offshore SE : October fleet update

Songa Dee achieved an operational efficiency of 100% and an earnings efficiency of 99% working for Statoil in Norway.

Songa Delta achieved an operational efficiency of 100% and an earnings efficiency of 98% for the month working for Statoil in Norway.

Songa Trym achieved an operational efficiency of 100% and an earnings efficiency of 98% working for Statoil in Norway. Songa Offshore has received a notice of cancellation of the drilling contract for Songa Trym after the current well, Tarvos, in the North Sea is completed around 12 November 2015. The rig will be stacked while marketed for new employment.

Songa Offshore took delivery of Songa Equinox on 30 June 2015. The rig arrived Norwegian waters on 22 October 2015 and is currently preparing for the Acknowledgement of Compliance (AoC) and the client's Acceptance Test Plan (ATP).

Songa Offshore took delivery of Songa Endurance on 24 August 2015. The rig is en route from Korea to Norway and is currently transiting between Walvis Bay, Namibia, and Las Palmas.
