Sopheon announces that it has issued 17,441 ordinary shares of 5p each in
connection with the exercise of share options. Application has been made to
the London Stock Exchange for the shares being issued to be admitted to AIM
and it is expected that dealings will commence on Tuesday 11 December 2001.
