Sopheon announces that it has issued 15,344 ordinary shares of 5p each in
connection with the exercise of a share option by a former employee. Application
has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the shares being issued to be
admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 5 March 2003.
