Sopheon announces that it has issued 7,672 ordinary shares of 5p each in
connection with the exercise of a share option by a former employee. Application
has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the shares being issued to be
admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 20 March 2003.
