                               ADDITIONAL LISTING

Sopheon announces that it has issued 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
connection with the exercise of conversion rights in respect of £12,000 nominal
value of its 6% Convertible Loan Stock 2005. Application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for the shares being issued to be admitted to AIM, and it
is expected that dealings will commence on 24 November 2003.
