Conversion of loan stock
Sopheon plc announces that an investor has exercised conversion rights in
respect of £40,000 nominal value of convertible loan stock resulting in the
issue of 333,333 ordinary shares, at a conversion price of 12p per ordinary
share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM, and dealings are expected commence on 24 November 2005.
