Director Shareholding

Sopheon plc announces that due to an inheritance Mr B K Mence, a director, has become beneficially entitled to 6,688 Sopheon ordinary shares. Following this event, the number of ordinary shares in which Mr B K Mence has a beneficial interest has increased from 14,423,847 to 14,430,535, representing 9.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
