Sopheon plc, the international provider of software and services that improve the financial return from innovation and product development investments, announces that it was informed on 20 October 2014 that on that day certain directors purchased shares, following the share consolidation processed on 14 October. Under the consolidation, every 500 existing ordinary shares of 20 pence each were consolidated into one new ordinary share of £100 each ("New Ordinary Shares").
