                            Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has today been informed that Barry Mence, Chairman, has purchased
2,300,820 shares at 3.25p per share on 10 October 2002.  Mr Mence purchased his
shares through Inkberrow Limited, a company in which his family trust is the
major shareholder, and he is now beneficially interested in 10,997,277 ordinary
shares in the company representing 13.36% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has also been informed today that Bernard Al, non executive, has
purchased 368,000 shares at 3.25p per share on 10 October 2002.  Mr Al is now
beneficially interested in 393,000 ordinary shares in the company representing
0.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
