Sopheon plc ('the Company') announces that the following directors Huub
Rutten, Stuart Silcock and Richard Maddocks have notified the Company that
they have each sold 25,000 shares in the Company at a price of £14.50 per
share on Friday 10 March 2000. This results in their individual holdings in the
Company (beneficial and non-beneficial) becoming 482,500,274,460 and 400,000
shares respectively.
