Sopheon plc announces that it received notification today that following a
conversion of loan stock into ordinary shares, the total shareholding of
Brandon Nominees Limited (formerly Brandon Limited) in Sopheon plc is now
2,252,304 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.2% of the issued
ordinary share capital.  (In addition Brandon Nominees Limited has warrants to
purchase up to 300,000 ordinary shares at the year end).
