Significant shareholding


The Company received notification on 20 February 2006 that following a sale of
250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Royal Bank of Scotland as Trustees of
the Merrill Lynch UK Dynamic Fund were interested as at 16 February 2006 in
17,931,818 ordinary shares in the Company which interest represents 6.0% of the
Company's issued share capital.
