Significant shareholding



The Company received notification on 14 March 2006 that following the sale of a
total of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Royal Bank of Scotland as
Trustees of Merrill Lynch UK Dynamic Fund were interested as at 10 March 2006 in
10,681,818 ordinary shares in the Company which interest represents 3.6% of the
Company's issued share capital.
