Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Southern Gas Networks plc  €500,000,000 3.500 per cent. Notes due October 2030, (the "Notes") issued under its £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.  

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 3 October 2024 (the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of the United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2019.
