Notice of sale of Retained Bonds

Southern Housing 2.375% Secured Bonds due 2036
ISIN: XS2393242826, Common Code: 239324282
(the "Bonds")

 

On 8 October 2021 the Issuer issued £300,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds on the basis of an offering circular dated 6 October 2021 (the "Offering Circular"), immediately repurchasing £50,000,000 for sale at a future date (the "Retained Bonds").

The Issuer has now sold £30,000,000 in principal amount of its Retained Bonds.

The Issuer now has £20,000,000 Retained Bonds which it continues to hold available for sale at a future date.

Note: Please refer to the Offering Circular for selling restrictions in respect of the Bonds.
