sold the company which was solvent on 20 August 1992 and it went into
liquidation on 5 February 1993. An administrative receiver was appointed in the
case of Tower Street Properties Limited on 12 April 1996 and a Law of Property
Act Receiver in the case of Newilton Consortium Limited on 10 October 1995. In
both cases the receivers retired and the companies continue to operate, the
first on as a full time trading company, the second is dormant.
Save as set out above, there is no further information to be disclosed in
respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
