SpaceandPeople plc
("SpaceandPeople" or the "Company")
Directorate Change
SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, announces that Maurice Helfgott, non-executive director, has tendered his resignation from the board of SpaceandPeople plc with effect from the date of the Company's annual general meeting on 24 April 2014.
Matthew Bending Chief Executive Officer said "The board would like to thank Maurice for his commitment and service to the Company over the past four years. Following the acquisition of Retail Profile by the Company he performed a key role in the successful amalgamation of the two businesses. Due to his significant other business commitments, Maurice did not want to put himself forward for re-election at our forthcoming AGM and this therefore represented a natural point for him to retire from the Board. We wish him the very best with his other business interests going forward."
