SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held today at 10:30am were duly passed. 

In addition, Richard Chadwick, a non-executive director of the Company, has today stepped down from the Board.
