Appointment of David Henderson-Williams to the board of SpaceandPeople Plc

David Henderson-Williams has joined the board of SpaceandPeople Plc as
non executive director with immediate effect.
David Henderson-Williams is very highly regarded in the property world. With
Hark Group he has acquired and managed The Forge Shopping Centre, Glasgow and
more recently The Arcades, Ashton-under-Lyne in conjunction with joint venture
partners. He was previously a main board member at Chesterfield Properties Plc
and CEO of their USA business, where he undertook retail developments with major
American developers such as General Growth and McArthur Glen.
Mr Henderson-Williams (aged 47) is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and is also a
director of Hark Group Limited, Hark Retail Limited and Hark Investments
Limited. There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to
schedule 2 paragraph (g) (i) to (viii) of the AIM rules for companies in regard
to this appointment.

SpaceandPeople currently sell promotional space at 170 Shopping Centres
promotional spaces with a combined weekly footfall of over 25 million. The
company has recently undertaken its planned expansion into Europe with a tie up
with Hammerson France.
