Further to the announcement on 19 June 2023, Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, today announces the completion of the acquisition of MicroStrain Sensing Systems, a leading developer of inertial and wireless sensing systems, following receipt of the required regulatory approval.
