SPECTRIS APPOINTS GENERAL COUNSEL AND COMPANY SECRETARY

1 November 2017 - Spectris plc ('Spectris') (LSE: SXS), the productivity-enhancing instrumentation and controls company, announces the appointment of Mark Serföző as General Counsel (since 9 October 2017) and from today as Company Secretary. Mark is a member of the Spectris Executive Committee. Mark replaces Roger Stephens who is retiring from Spectris at the year end.

 

Mark joins Spectris from Rolls-Royce plc where he served as Director of Risk for four years and before that he spent 18 years at BAE Systems plc where he held a number of senior legal positions including latterly the role of Group Chief Counsel Compliance and Regulation.
