Further to the announcement on 5 September 2024, Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, today announces the completion of the acquisition of Piezocryst Advanced Sensorics GmbH, a leading provider of piezoelectric sensors for demanding applications, following receipt of the required regulatory approval.
