The Board announces the resignation of Paul Boughton, Business Development
Director.  Paul will, however, remain with the Group for a period long enough to
ensure the completion of certain key assignments.  The business development role
will in future report to the Group Finance Director and hence no succession at
Board level is envisaged.



The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for his considerable
contribution over the past 13 years.
