DIRECTOR'S DEALING IN SHARES
Fairey Group plc ('the Company') has been informed today that on 15th February
2000 an off market transfer of 100 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company was
made by Mr James Graham Zacharias to his 18 year old son following their release
from trust. The transaction was for nil consideration.
Following the transaction, Mr Zacharias has a beneficial interest in 2,800
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (0.003% of the issued share capital)
and has 181,840 shares remaining under option.
Non beneficial interests remain unaltered.
