Board Changes

Ron Williams, having completed six years service as a non-executive director of
the company, will be retiring in July.

Andrew Given, 53, has joined the Board as a non-executive Director. Following
the retirement of Ron Williams, he will become Chairman of the Audit Committee.
He has, since 1990, been Group Finance Director of Logica plc following his
previous career in the UK and North America with Plessey Company plc and
Northern Telecom Limited.

James Otter, 44, has been appointed as an executive Business Group Director
reporting to Hans Nilsson, Chief Executive, with responsibility for the
operational control of a number of the company's business units. His previous
career was with Tetronics Limited, Enviros Limited and ICI/Zeneca Agrochemicals.
He is a Natural Sciences graduate of Cambridge University and has an MBA from
INSEAD.
