MALVERN INSTRUMENTS

holding a presentation and site visit for institutional investors at its Malvern
Instruments facility in Malvern, UK, organised by Cazenove & Co. At the
presentation Hans Nilsson, Chief Executive of Spectris, and Graham Zacharias,
