Acquisition of Tool Hire Business in Scotland and New Contract Agreements
Speedy Hire announces that it has acquired the business and certain assets of
Petreavie Tools Limited ('Petreavie') for a cash consideration of £327,000.
Petreavie is a well-respected independent tool hire business which operates in
Livingston and Dunfermline and will be integrated with the existing Speedy
Scotland network.
Independently of this acquisition, Speedy Hire is pleased to announce that it
has secured an enhanced preferred supplier agreement with Mowlem on a rolling
basis for a minimum of three years. In addition, it has also signed a preferred
supplier agreement with Costain.
