                           Annual Report and Accounts


Speedy Hire Plc  today posted its annual report and financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2007 ('Annual Report and Financial Statements') to
shareholders along with the notice of the Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting to which the notice relates is to be held at The
Thistle Hotel, Haydock, St Helens, WA11 9SG at 11.00 a.m. on 17 July 2007.

Copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements and notice of meeting have
been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for
inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is
situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, London E14
5HS.   Each of these documents will also be available on the Company's website
at www.speedyhire.plc.uk.
