The Company was notified on 29 November 2007 of the following transaction by
Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and their
Connected Persons.


On 29 November 2007, David Wallis, Non-Executive Chairman of Speedy Hire,
acquired 10,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ('Shares') at a price per
share of 892p.  Following this transaction Mr Wallis has an interest of 50,000
Shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
