The Company was notified on 5 June 2008 of the following transaction by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and their Connected Persons.

On 5 June 2008, Justin Read, Finance Director of Speedy Hire, acquired 3,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ('Shares') at a price per share of 650p. Following this transaction Mr Read has an interest of 22,800 Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
