  Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares



Speedy Hire announces the following changes to PDMR's interests in the Company's
ordinary 5p shares ('Shares').

Sharesave Scheme

Options granted on 23 December 2004 under the Company's all-employee Sharesave
Scheme (which became exercisable on 1 February 2008) were exercised on 1
February 2008 by PDMR as set out in the table below.  The exercise price of the
options was £3.83 per Share and the exercise of the options was satisfied by the
issue of new Shares by the Company.
