The Company was notified on 10 February 2009 of the following transaction by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and their Connected Persons.

On 10 February 2009, Steve Corcoran, Finance Director of Speedy Hire, acquired 9,384 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ('Shares') at a price per share of 105.5p. Following this transaction Mr Corcoran has an interest of 274,786 Shares representing 0.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.
