                              Director's Dealing



The Company has today been informed that David Wallis, David Galloway and
Frank Dee, all of whom are directors of the Company, have today bought 15,000,
12,000 and 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 245p per share.



Following this transaction, David Wallis is interested in 30,000 ordinary
shares, David Galloway in 12,000 ordinary shares and Frank Dee in 15,000
ordinary shares, representing 0.07%, 0.03% and 0.04% respectively.  All
interests are beneficial.
