NOTIFICATION UNDER PART VI OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985 (AS AMENDED BY THE

I write to advise that Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd, is interested 
in 2,384,311 ordinary shares of the above mentioned company. Of this interest, 
1,707,832 shares are material interests, which we understand represents 4.009% 
of the relevant share capital, and constitutes a notifiable interest for the 
purposes of Part VI of the Companies Act 1985. This is calculated on an issued 
share capital of 42,593,678 shares.
