Re: DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDINGS UNDER PART IV OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

We have to inform you that Standard Life Investments has entered into a 
strategic relationship with Citibank NA whereby Citibank NA will provide 
Standard Life Investments with a number of services which were previously 
performed by Standard Life Investments.

As a consequence of this strategic relationship, from the effective date of 
1st November 2003 some Standard Life Investments employees became employees of 
Citibank NA. These individuals within Citibank NA will still be required to make 
disclosures to you on behalf of Standard Life Investments.

In terms of Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), I have,to inform you 
on behalf of Standard Life Investments that on 15/02/05, Standard Life 
Investments acquired 269,238 shares, on behalf of Standard Life Group. This, 
increased the total held as a material interest to 1,283,732 shares being
