Following the announcement on the 17 July 2007, the Board of Speedy Hire Plc
confirms that as of the 31 March 2008 Frank Dee has retired from the Board.


The Board also announces that non-executive director Ishbel Macpherson will
replace Frank as senior independent director and chairperson of the Remuneration
Committee.
