Speedy Hire Plc ('Speedy Hire' or the 'Company')
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') - Interest in Shares
Speedy Hire announces the following changes to PDMR's interests in the Company's
ordinary 5p shares ('Shares').
Mike McGrath, Simon Richards and Gary Parkinson, PDMR of the Company, have
yesterday been granted options (detailed below) to purchase Shares under the
Company's SAYE Scheme. The SAYE Scheme is an all employee scheme which was
approved by shareholders at the AGM in July 2004.
In consideration of these options, each PDMR will make monthly savings during
the associated three year savings contract. At the end of the three years a
bonus of 1.8 times one month's saving will be given. The exercise price is £8.57
per Share.
These options will normally be exercisable during a six month period commencing
on 1 February 2010.
Following these grants, each of the PDMR will hold options/awards over Shares as
shown below:
