               ADDITIONAL LISTING ANNOUNCEMENT - REPLACEMENT





The following replaces the Additional Listing announcement released

2nd January 2003 at 11.16 under RNS 7107F.  The correct number of ordinary
shares for which application has been made is 121,167 rather than 301,224 as
previously announced.



Application has been made for the listing of 121,167 ordinary shares of 25p each
fully paid ('shares') to the UK Listing Authority and for trading of the shares
with the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that admission will be granted
on 2nd January 2003, and that dealings will commence on the same day.  These
shares are issued as a result of the exercise of options.  When issued, these
shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
